His core strength of New product launches, Market Development and Business Development brings un- parallel experience of customer and market. Currently into Exports of lead Acid batteries into Middle east, Africa and South East Asia. His practical Knowledge in addition to academics with ISB and IIFT are going to be instrumental in our growth strategy.

More than 2 decades of Experience in R&D, Indian and US MNC like GE, working on hands as Power Electronics Engineer, with experience in Firmware and Hardware Development. Worked as CTO for Largest Manufacturers of Inverters in India. Qualification Include a M.Tech in Power electronics with Distinction (Project from IIT Delhi). GE Certified Six Sigma Certification. Worked in IIT Delhi, SuKam, GE (Power and Energy) and Microtek. Have applied many patents and one granted Patent. Major products include 100kw Online UPS for GE, Grid tied inverter/ Hybrid grid tied inverter for SuKam and Off grid MPPT for Microtek.

More than 2 decades of experience in the field of R&D, Engineering & Mfg. Operations Management, IPs in Power Backup/Energy Storage/Renewable Energy Industry.
M.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering from REC Kurukshetra, Designed & developed new technologies based several successful products, innovated and implemented new processes in manufacturing area. Filed several technology & design patents in Power conversion/backup/energy storage area and more than 15 technology patents granted.
